February Fluency Passages

February Fluency Passages are engaging, high-interest fluency passages for beginning readers. The passages included are both fiction and nonfiction that will meet the needs of every child in your classroom. They were created for Pre-K, kindergarten, 1st graders, and struggling readers in grades beyond. These passages can be used in small groups, for homework, independent practice, or for RTI.
